Since 1985, the Center for Literacy, Education and Employment (CLEE) has led collaborative efforts to improve employment outcomes for disadvantaged individuals. We believe securing and retaining meaningful employment and satisfying careers is a lifelong process involving a support system of individuals. Our partnerships in this endeavor include schools, employers, current and prospective employees, training and workforce development organizations, rehabilitation service agencies, and other key community stakeholders.
Our work includes support for secondary school transition initiatives, services to government and community employment support and training agencies, and outreach to employers in recruiting, training, and retaining a strong and diverse workforce.
