By using the Comments feature on the Center for Literacy Education and Employment, you (the user) accept the following terms of use (TOU):
- You (the user) agree to provide CLEE with true, accurate, and current personal information (e-mail address) and to update your personal information to keep it true, accurate, and current:
- Your name will be included in the posting if provided.
- CLEE will not release user information to nonaffiliated third parties except with the user’s permission or as required by law.
- You use the CLEE Comments feature at your sole risk. CLEE makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied:
- CLEE makes no warranty that the content available via the CLEE Comments feature is accurate, reliable, or correct.
- CLEE accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions of information posted through the Comments feature nor for any harm, however defined, that may result from such errors or omissions.
- CLEE does not endorse and is not responsible for any content in any media referenced from the CLEE Comments feature, including publications, Web pages, and multimedia.
- CLEE only minimally monitors the Comments feature. Users may contact the CLEE webmaster to request removal of inaccurate or objectionable material.
- You grant CLEE and its affiliates the royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, exclusive and fully sublicensable rights to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Comments in whole or in part, worldwide and to incorporate Comments in other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
- CLEE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of CLEE’s Web site and the Comments feature following the posting of any changes to the TOU constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
As a condition of using the CLEE Comments feature, you (the user) also agree:
- to post comments that are directly related to this topic.
- not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- not to use the Comments feature to harass, threaten, embarrass, cause distress, cause unwanted attention, or cause discomfort to any person or entity.
- not to use the Comments feature in such a way as to infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, including CLEE.
- not to use the Comments feature for advertising, promotional information, bulk e-mail, or other solicitation.
- not to use the Comments feature to violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
- not to repost Comments of any other person.
- that this list is not intended to be complete, but merely illustrative.
- CLEE reserve the right in its sole and final judgment to determine whether certain conduct violates this TOU agreement. CLEE reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate.
